The Delaware Federals were formed to take over open dates caused when the Vermont Wild disbanded.
The Deleware Federals were a road-only team. They were originally supposed to play at the Center Ice Rink at the Delaware State Fair in Harrington, but those plans fell through.
The Delaware Federals had a different roster for each game, picking up local players near the team they were visiting.
