Hartford Wolf Pack/Connecticut Whale Statistics and History

The Hartford Wolfpack of the AHL rebranded itself as the Connecticut Whale midway through the 2011-12 season, thus playing part of the season under each name. On November 26, 2011, the team's business manager, Howard Baldwin - founder of the original New England Whalers - renamed the team in an attempt to connect with the city's hockey history.
