Kentuckiana Blades Statistics and History
The Kentuckiana Blades were a hockey team playing in the 1974-75 season. Not much else is known about the Blades other than the list of players (obtained via a game program). The coach of the team was Grant Morton, a Canadian who had played in the International Hockey League for Louisville and Indianapolis in the 1950's and 1960's. The Blades played a schedule of approximately 24 games, seemingly as part of a league that included Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, and Schererville. An All-Star game was scheduled for December 28, 1974.
